Default Removing Automation Code from SI5 Visio Template

I would like to use my custom SI5 Visio templates outside of D-Tools but it causes some whacky problems.
Does anyone know how to remove the code that triggers D-Tools when I create a new file using my template?

Default

Here are the steps to break what triggers the SI interface in Visio Template:

1) Open the template
2) From the top menu, click on View > Drawing Explorer Window
3) On the Top document (Drawing1) node right click
4) From the drop down menu click on Show ShapeSheet
5) Look for the Use-defined Cell section
6) Rename the user property “User.DToolsSIProject” to “User.DToolsSiProjectNULL”
7) Close all and Save it as Template (and ignore any prompted window).

Now you can test it… By renaming back the user property, it will make it work as before.
