Default table of contents/sheet index

Does anyone have an easy way to make a table of contents / sheet index page that automatically populates the page name/ page number information?

i found this link but this seems overly complicated.

There is a Visio Field you can use.

Insert>Field
Page Info>Name

Ok just because I am a VB idiot, we append an "AV -" to every page number on our title block. Example "AV - 1 Cover Sheet" How can I append the "AV -" in front of the page number?

we do not use av at all, our page titles are pertinent to the data on the page; i.e., cp1.r1.01= construction plan 1st floor. rough in phase. revision 1

OR

is1.v1.00= inter-rack schematic rack 1.video page 1. revision 0

There is an Internet Explorer bug related to downloading zip files from this type of forum. I thought it was previously fixed but apparently not. Using Firefox I was able to download the file ...
