Default Visio Shapes

I am trying to do a plan view but the shapes for my items are not correct. I want to create custom shapes for about 20 of the items in my list. Is there a webinar on how to do this, or a pdf somewhere?

Basically I would like to create the shapes then add them to the Shape tree with a custom header so they are easy to find.
