Typically, we have three phases for wire: Pre-Wire, Install Devices, and Rack Building. I have attached an example of the desired end result. The text part is already working but all of my wire is only using one shape regaurdless of the phase.

how about writing a macro that selects all wire shapes, reads the phase from the shape data and changes the arrowhead to "no-fill" for the phase(s) of your choosing. In the case where your phase names might not always be the same, you could have the macro query the shapes and build a drop down with phase names and select the pahse to change.

and I'm assuming you mean something like the attached for what the arrowhead looks like...

Fryeguy yes you are correct in your arrows, VIC I honestly want to straw away from macros because I have too many people here that will "forget to run it". since I can't change them I need to change the way the shape operates when you place it on the page.

you can create macros that run "On Page Drop" but I know D-Tools utilizes this functionality as well.
