Default Rack Layouts

Hey all, Im tryin to make a rack layout, after i create the rack from the stencil and start adding items from my database some items arent big enough and they wont make the red boxes or connect to the screw location. Thanks

dbl check your product dimensions on the items that are not making the connection

got it, thanks. The reason they were not the right size is because the item deminsions were only the size of the product W/O rack ears.
