Does this happen with every project you try to use the Line Diagram sheet with? Has anything changed recently in this project?

This happens with every project even if I open totaly new project or new line diagram sheet. I'm just now on the airport and I travel to London UK D-Tools training and I will show this error tomorow to our teacher.

I'm right now on UK training and it hapens the same error also on few other instalations.
You can place only the products without picture on line diagram.

Hi,

Does this happen for every product you drop to the Line page or a specific product?

If this is for a specific product can you attach the jpg for that product? The jpg would be in your C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\D-Tools\SI5\Visualizations\Images folder. The file name there is the form <<Manufacturer>>_<<Model>>_Thumbnail1.jpg. So if your manufacturer is SONY and model is XXX look for the file SONY_XXX_Thumbnail1.jpg and attach it to this posting so I can take a look.

This hapens with every products with image.

What are your machine settings? UK-english?

What are your settings for decimal-separator and list-separator? Ie: do you normally type "1,000.00" or "1.000,00" and "A,B,C,D" or "A;B;C;D" ?

My guess is that you are not using a "US-English-inch" PC, and that there might be a problem coming from there.

I'm using Slovenian Regional and Language setings and we have diferent decimal separator than UK or US. When I switch to UK Regional settings everything is OK.I would like to know if it is possible to solve this problem that I can use my own regional settings.

I've tracked down the problem error that you were receiving. The problem is definitely related to the decimal-separator difference between the US and Slovenia.

I am an outside consultant that only works part time with D-Tools, so I can't say what the company's plans are for updates.

The only other idea that I have is that maybe there is some way to start an application with specific regional settings - using some sort of special shortcut or some utility. I've done some Googl-ing, but didn't find anything.
