I would like to use a custom jpg to represent each of my standard outlet packages (single, dual, triple, quad, etc.). I can't figure out how to make the image available to d-tools/visio so when I drag in the package the jpeg shows up.

I've looked through the help files but I'm still lost. Can somebody point me in the right direction?

And in general, how did everybody pick-up Visio? D-tools classes? Online training somewhere? I know I'm just tapping the surface of what I could be doing.

At the risk of sounding like a shill...
You can learn Visio in many ways these days, but to cut to the quick and learn how to best use it in D-tools, nothing beats D-tools training. Whether you go to a D-tools certified event or have one of their certified trainers come to you, you will get what you need to get the job done. I have been fortunate to get both, and I have learned something new and useful every time. Once you have what you need to function effectively, you can go back to more general Visio resources to develope your own custom style...In my 5 or so years of D-tools experience, that's my humble opinion...
