Cabinet Tools
Does anyone have a good selection of shapes ( stencil ) for cabinet tools that you would like to share? I only have 25 shapes that came with d-tools .
Thanks
Eddie

Eddie,
If you don't mind, can you be more specific? Is there a shape you need?

So you want elevation shapes of drapes, columns, sconces? Anything else? Can you send me or post some sample pictures and I will see what I can do. In fact anyone reading this thread should post what enhancements they would like to see.

Adam, I'd like to have framing and trim shapes in Visio format like those in AutoCad. They would be used to spec/design dedicated theater rooms, walls, stages, etc. as well as greater cabinet detail over and above a rendering. Having a "Theater Tools" stencil may be a solution.
Eddie, there's a basic fluted column shape in Cabinet Tools. Other than that, I don't have the shapes you're looking for.

Yes and I certainly use those that are available. What I'd really like to have are more Elevation shapes for things such as raised panel doors, windows, etc. Unfortunately, we don't use AutoCAD. Those that do use it have generated some awesome construction drawing details for things such as prosceniums or false walls. I guess I'm referring to architectural details too, like profile or sectional detail of things like crown molding in different styles. Admittedly, this isn't really something I expect from D-Tools since that's not what it's really designed for. But like you , I thoroughly enjoy the drawing features and capabilities of D-Tools/Visio.
