Default Creating a New Stencil linked to DT

Okay Visio experts...Here's one for ya...

I though I had done this before, but it escapes me or I was dreaming. Let's say I get a stencil from NetZoom and want to link it to D-Tools so all of the shapes show up in the 'Stencil' drop down list in the Visio tab of an item's Component Properties? Second, how can I have ALL of the shape show up in the 'Master' dropdown list in the Visio tab of an item's Component Properties?

This is not a question about how to link a shape to D-Tools. I'm trying to avoid linking each individual shape.

Right click on the shape, scroll down to D-Tools Shape and then Link to D-Tools.
