Increase ComponentID Font Size in Schematic Shape
The only way to do this at the moment is to edit the shape sheet for the schematic shape. Here's how:
1) Select the schematic shape
2) From the top menu go to: Edit > Open Schematic
3) Then Select the componentID and right click on it
4) Select Show ShapeSheet
5) In the ShapeSheet look for the Character section and the Size column
6) Then change the value of the font size (in this case I change the Color too to value 9 which is green)
We'll look into making this easier in a future release (for example, by having a "change component ID font" right-click option on the shape).
