Default Showing terminals from top to bottom

Im using Visio, I would like to have everything when i first add it to the drawing to already be showing the Terminals from top to bottom instead of having to right click on everything then click them to show from top to bottom.

Default How to show terminal from Top to Bottom (for Visio)

Please follow the steps from the attached PDF file. These steps must be done for each schematic shape.

Well now that i actually tried to do this I think the "how to guide" may be out dated? Possibly not 5.5 Because the part where you go to Show shape sheet that isnt on my drop down.

Correct, D-Tools>Wiring Options is gone and is now a right-click feature, look for terminal options

Not sure why that is, but you should get a window that has an option to show I/O's top to bottom for the whole page.

Are you sure you are on a schematic page?

Ahh, do not right-click on a schematic block, just right click when on a schematic page, you want to access the global page option which was removed from the D-ools menu for some reason
