Text callout font problem. - D-Tools Forum

My text callouts, both newly dropped, and also when opening previous projects, have become unreadable. A typical text string in the callout now reads similar to this..... "A0000000000000000/" This problem recently started. Changing the font does not help. Re-sizing no help.

Details:
Original D-Tools stencil DT-Annotations.
Shape: Text Call Out
D-Tools version: SI5.5 Pro
Windows 7, 64 bit, all updates current
Visio 2007, all updates current

Please Help.

That's weird, I think the shape may have gotten corrupted somehow. Here is a link to a new DT Annotations new stencil. http://s.uploadthingy.com/widget?sen...454E-4&id=4743 Let me know how that works.

Also FYI not a good idea to change the font size manually, they are designed to change automatically based on the page scale. If you want a manual font size shape in the stencil make a copy of the master and modify that one.

The new DT Annotations stencil did not help. I can open these projects on another computer, and the text displays normal. This is a Win7 64 bit machine, and the one that works properly is a 32 bit....I don't know if this is related.

We do not have any documentation on this problem. Would mind filling out a tech support ticket for this issue?
