Default Link Text Boxes

Is there are way to create (2) text boxes in Visio and have a long section of text span/continue onto the next block of text? i.e. creating columns?

Not sure exactly what you are trying to do, but you could just create two separate text boxes with no border, then create a box for your two "columns"

Don't know what you are going after here but since you mention spreadsheet type functionality are you aware that you can embed a spreadsheet right into Visio?

Visio lets you do all kinds of cool things with embedded files - we do a lot with spreadsheets and once they are "linked" Visio will update the files each time you open up Visio

I have modified the Visio cover page to include a modified title block that automatically populates the D-Tools scope of work to the the cover page, recently we had a project that had a pretty lengthy SOW and it did not fit in the space allotted so I wanted the text to span to another column next to the first to read like a news paper would, i.e. two columns of text. I could not find a way to make a single block of text format to two columns so I though maybe there was a way to link to boxes together to make it work.
