Default Printing a PDF

I am trying to print a PDF of a 24x36 Page of my D-tools Visio file. Every time that I print it 2 things happens.
1st It wants to print multiple pages
I try to make some adjustments and when I did that the 2nd problem happen
which it looks like the page is stretched out.

How and what am I supposed to do to print to a PDF so I can take this file somewhere to get printed.

TIA
