why does this toolbar disappear and sometimes re-appear after i open and close program a few times. I cant find it antwhere and there are no publish or export options under menu dropdowns.
The one in reporting center is there, but when im in visio and want to export drawing a lot of times its not there. Usually opening and closing program will make it magically reappear but thats kind of a pain. Had same issue in 4 and still there in 5.
