Hi,
Take a look at these posts -

Wire Auditing in SI 5 D-Tools Support WikiBlog
The Wire Auditing feature is basically a check in Visio/AutoCAD to prevent you from connecting the same wire to two different products. This should apply only for connections between wires and products. It looks like you are doing Rack Elevations and still getting this prompt when there is no wire involved - if so that is a bug and the audit check should apply for wires only.
I suggest when doing Rack Elevations do the following to turn off auditing -
1. Right click on drawing and click D-Tools -> Wire Options -> Wire Connection Options.
2. Uncheck "Prompt on Conflict" and click "Store Old Connection". This means any connections you make from now with an audit problem will NOT prompt you and the old connection will be stored in the projects database (new connections with audit problems will not write to project database). This way you can do your Rack Elevations with no inteference.

3. Once you complete your Rack Elevations go to D-Tools -> Wire Options -> Wire Connection Options and click "Default" to return to the default auditing. This will again audit any fresh wire connections correctly.
This has been logged as a bug and the above is a workaround till we get this fixed.
