When i drag a wire onto line diagram page its a rough in wire, i thought by default it's supposed to be a line connector. Is there somewhere in setup i can change. When i lookin visio tab there's nothing assigned so i'm thinking its using default shape but why is it wrong?

Any suggestions appreciated.

When you drag the wire, are you doing it from PDM, Stencil tree or Product Exploter?
Does this happens with every wire or a specific wire?

Hi,

You can do this by making the Line Connector the default visualization for the Line Page.

1. Edit the Wire Product in PDM and click the Visualizatons tab
2. In Line Diagram select Stencil = "Wire and Cable" and Shape = "Line Connector" as shown in image.
3. Once you do this any time you drag this product to a Line view the Line Connector will be the default visualization for this product.
