Items on deleted Visio pages still showing in reports
I've run across something that has me a little baffled. We had created Visio schematic pages for each room on a project. As we were learning how to do things, decided that we needed to delete those pages, and do pages by floor.
Now, in Visio when I go to the D-Tools->Reports, I see that the drawing tab still shows the pages that were deleted. In doing some reports, I discovered I have component ID's that are duplicated. I'm assuming this is coming from the Visio pages that were deleted.
How do I eliminate these duplicates? How do I eliminate the (deleted) Visio pages from showing up in the reports window and any data associated with those pages from showing up in reports?
I thought I found a work-around for the issue I initially posted. I have discovered if I rename an existing page to one of the "offending" deleted pages, save the project, and then rename the page back to what it was, the offending page no longer shows up in the reports, drawings tab.
Unfortunately, the incorrect data (wire connections, categories, might be others) still exists in the reports.
Its this offending data that I'm needing to get flushed out.
