Default Automation error, The Remote Procedure call failed

Hello all! I am attempting to open my Visio projects from D-tools SI4 and it brings up Visio but then just sits with no activity. This is a recent problem and as far as I know no settings were changed. It is happening on ALL existing projects!

Hopefully somebody has encountered this and can help! This is the exact error I am receiving after I choose to end the program:

Error in Object: NewVisioProject
Error Description: Automation error
The Remote Procedure call failed.
error number:-2147023170

Thanks!

You should call support... http://www.d-tools.com/site/support/contact.html

I have seen some viruses that mess with the RPC. Hopefully if is something less dramatic.

Everytime I try to open a Project in Visio, it brings the following message: "COULD NOT LOAD THE AUTOMATION SERVER DTOOLSV4.DTOOLSCOMMERCIAL"

What's the problem....???

My boss has a Pro license and he doesn't have that problem.....

Please help...!!!

I would contact support if I were you. http://www.d-tools.com/support/submit-an-issue.html They can probably get you going pretty quickly.
