I'm not sure if this has ever come up before, but it's baffling us.

Yesterday, D-Tools (fully updated) was used all day and closed out with no problems. This morning, we all came in and on the "Lookup" page, the buttons are not showing ("text", "visio", et al). If we double click on a project to open it, we get the following script error.

This is pretty crital for us, so we are calling the support line as well.

The only thing I can come up with is try opening the same project using the Browse feature. Perhaps your having either server issues or somewhere your tagerted location has moved. . . anyone?

I just had the same problem after upgrading to version 4.6. I had to call support, since there was no solution or suggestions provided. First the technician suggested that it was possible some of the Dtools DLLs had not properly registered. This did not appear to help. Then he looked at our users and their roles, and as it turns out, these roles had been reset. Once we re-enabled Quicklinks, Bizmger, etc, it immediately fixed the problem.

Hope this helps someone else.
