Version - SI 4.6

It appears that ALL of the versions of our MS WORD Contracts (both the custom ones we’ve created and the standard one supplied with the software) are no longer working. I was preparing a new revision of a Contract and could not get the “PHASES” section or “Payment Schedule” section to populate with the project data. I tried all the MS WORD versions of the Contract we have used over the years and none of them will populate those 2 sections; all other sections appear to work correctly.

I tried the “Crystal Reports” version of the Contract and that DID populate correctly. Needless to say, that is not the one we use for our company. I tried approximately 10 other project/job files that previously worked correctly and produced correct MS WORD Contracts, NONE of them are now populating those two sections of any MS WORD Contract. I tried one of the supplied demo project files to see if maybe there was something wrong with our files; none of them worked either.

Early today I created a correct MS WORD Contract, which looked like usual, except that I did it outside of Visio (TOOLS – REPORTS). I created it via the SI 4.6 interface PROJECTS (tab) – REPORTS and selected our custom Contract like I normally do INSIDE Visio. It populated correctly and printed correctly. Then I realized I needed to edit the project and did so from within Visio and then went TOOLS – REPORTS and selected the same custom Contract.dtr file and it would not populate the PHASES or PAYMENT SCHEDULE sections.

Again, I tried the supplied Contract.dtr file and it would not populate either. I rebuilt the CUSTOM Contract and tried again, it did not work. I have spent about 5 hours trying to get this working again. I searched the forum for an answer, as I need to get this done today for delivery Monday, and came up with nothing. I really really need to get an answer on this ASAP as this Contract is for a 100 unit development with a Builder that I am supposed to being signing up Monday.

If anyone has any ideas I would GREATLY appreciate them!!!
