I've had this problem with two jobs now. It's getting frustrating.

I put together proposals in Text and then move to Visio to do rack drawings. I did this last week on one particular proposal. I edited the rack drawing yesterday.

I save frequently, especially before I close, run reports, etc. I also check-in and check-out properly. No other user has opened this file besides myself.

Today I opened the job in Visio and it asks if I want to sync with the newest Text file. Yes, I do. When it opens in Visio the entire drawings I had previously done is gone. It reverted back to the original file that opens the first time you open Visio through D-Tools.

I closed and didn't save. I reopened it and this time selected that I didn't want to sync with text. An old version of the drawing came up with product that was deleted previously in my new revision.

This is the second proposal this has happened on. What's going on? Where is my Visio drawing and why is it doing this?

This is the worst support experience of my life. I posted this over a month ago.

I emailed again when this problem surfaced last week. I have sent two reminder emails and have still not even received one call or email in return. It's been a week.

What good is paying for this outrageously priced service when I can't get any?

The last time I called I was told, "I don't know what the problem is" and wasn't offered any additional help.

This is ridiculous.
