Default Visio Plotter Settings

I'm having some issues printing to our new Epson 7500 plotter. The plotter uses 24" wide roll paper and I have the setting set to Arch D paper and drawing size so it should fit exactly. However, when plotting the margins seem to be off by about an inch or two on the left and maybe an inch on the top. Is this common? How do I correct it?

Default plotter issue

I am using a HP 42" plotter and I have had a similar issue, in my case the page setup defaulted at "size to fit drawing contents" instead of "same as printer paper size". My drawing size and paper size were set the same but it somehow makes a difference which one is selected. I gave up on figuring out why and just accepted it.
