Another OFE we have just encountered is when you update the master database then refresh all the owner furnished equipment, it updates the units but looses the owner furnished equipment option.

Yep, Well that actually makes sense since you are refreshing from the Master table.

As an alternative, you can place the item that is to be OFE into a project from your database, then open it up in the project and change the manufacturer name to OFE. Having OFE or similar name in you Manufacter's list in setup is useful for this.
