Default How do I place components on ANSI Layers?

It appears that I can only create schematics in the Model Layer. How do I get my project onto an ANSI Layer?

Default

1) After finishing your schematic in Model Space
2) Switch to Paper Space (ANSI)
3) Double click at the center of the drawing page
4) The blue window will turns thick, that means you are inside of the viewport.
5) Then enter the command Zoom and the option E (extents)
6) Then you will see a full view of your schematic.
7) And then Double click out of the blue window

Note: the blue window will not get print because the layer Viewport if off for printing/plotting. Also you can change the size of this (blue) window (after double click out of the window and the window turns light).
To create a new viewport enter the command MVIEW and draw a window.
