Angry Enhance technical support?

I hate having to do this but it’s either bringing it up or run into problems later. Is it typical to have to wait 7 hours and 10 minutes for a response from technical support?!

I placed a call to technical support this morning on a simple problem I've been having with a piece of equipment in the schematic view... 7 hours and 10 minutes later I finally got a call back. This coupled with the fact that my question was not answered, and rushed when I finally got to speak with someone doesn't exactly qualify this as "Gold Support" to me. I'd certainly like to think our company can get better response time/support then this. This isn’t the first time we've experienced this either.

To end on a positive note, I’m posting to simply bring this to someone’s attention and possibly find out if we’re the only ones who have experienced this. We love your product and have found it very useful and efficient in our daily use.

Your not alone, there have been times where I got voicemail for 2 days straight. But when the support does come, it's usually right on target.

JordanC is right. They usually know what the problem is right away. I get voicemail all the time too, but when I leave a message they usually get back to me in an hour or two...Never 7 hrs.

The tech support guys just got a new Nerf basketball hoop so once the game of P.I.G. is over they usually start calling clients back. Usually less than an hour wait.
However when a H.O.R.S.E tournament gets going the wait time could be two or three days. They are great at tech support but suck at Nerf hoops.
