NO Duplicate numbers
I would very much like to see D-Tools not allow duplicate D-Tools project numbers. At least not without a dialog box confirming you want it to be duplicated. It's a real pain to go back and change it since you have to switch from local to server view, the sort by D-tools number, then verify that it didn't sort weird onto another page.
