I know this subject has been covered awhile ago, but I think it is worth it to rehash especially since Sony has changed up its LCDs and blu ray players. I have emailed requesting to have the new Sony products available for download-the email included the spec sheets. I asked for a time frame and never, ot once received a reply. It has been several weeks sincce the spec sheets were emailed and twice I have asked for a reply to no avail. Is it me, or does anyone else find paying for this service a lost cause????
