open published reports dialog
I suggest that in the Report Designer the "Open Published Reports" dialog be updated so that the "Published Reports" list is expanded rather than the "Preview" group when the dialog as a whole is expanded.
Currently, when the dialog is expanded the "Preview" group expands and i can't read longer report titles in the "Published Reports" list.
same suggestion applies to the "Open Un-Published Reports" dialog
