Default Filtered reports

In SI4, I could filter a project down, then run a report based on visible components. Was able to win a project based on this and now builder expects on all proposals it broken out that way. Seems to be gone in SI5. Lets bring it back.

Its pretty much like algebra, the filters I mean.

To solve for Phase, put equal over or, divide by in, then to solve for location, select quotient and not in, then selct whatever is in the bottom.

Oh Yeah, they work, them filters, but its not as easy as the checkboxes in SI4, running a report in SI5 with filters is a lot like programming Crestron.
