When you enter text in the project information box within Visio or Text editor all looks fine. It is saved with return Char, but when the previously saved information is displayed in the editor for modification the char returns are not parsed out as returns and makes editing VERY difficult!

I cannot duplicate this using standard <cr> and <lf> end of line characters. What application did you copy this from? Could you please post the original file that includes the special characters?

I edited the text in the Project information box. I did not copy and paste or use any special char. I have attached the image of what it looks like now.
Make sure you check in the project then check it back out. That is when it seems to change.

Yes, you are correct that in Text - Project Information - Scope of Work there is a CR and LF issue. This is being submitted as a bug for a future release.

To edit a project's Scope of Work, right click on the project in the Navigator and select View Project Information. Select Scope of Work. The information will be displayed in Navigator with the carriage returns and line feeds properly displayed.
