I am looking for someone willing to volunteer their experiences in using, implementing and identifying the best attributes of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, specifically for use by an Electronics Systems Contractor - chiefly to help identify how CRM tools can help:
• Client contact from pre-sale to project management to fulfillment
• Gain competitive advantages in prospecting and target marketing
• Evaluate ways to build and maintain customer satisfaction
• Determine internal business needs and goals
The aim is not to promote or endorse any specific software application(s), rather to identify the necessary features and benefits one should be looking for when seeking a CRM tool.
