Default Checkout error

Dear all.
I had to format my pc with previuos SI 5.2. Before formatting, I Checked-in all projects and back-uped everything (I "brutally" copied the folders on a back hard disk).
Now I re-installed everything and updated to SI 5.5 (fist the server side, then the client side).
I tried to check-out a couple of projects (the ones that were critical for me) and it worked.
But today... Today I had to modify an old project (add a new offer), one that I did not tested after reinstall, but, surprise, when icheckout i get an error: (I translate from italian) Impossible to find a part of the path: 'e:\DTools\SI5\Server\Projects\615b.....4978\Terma rio e piscina.dtl'
What sounds strange for me is that neither now nor before formatting, I had a "E:" drive. It seems like the server path. I tried with other projects, and some are checked-ou correctly, others give the same problem.
What can I do?

Best Regards
Gabriele

Hi Gabriele,

There are too many variables to reply here without asking a ton of questions. This post shows the manual way to restore your SI5 Server data if you want to re-attempt the restore on your own. However, you have Gold Support with us so I have opened Case C41241 for you and I will contact you tomorrow morning (I'm in Eastern time zone) to see if you need further assistance.

NOTE: You said "I tried to check-out a couple of projects (the ones that were critical for me) and it worked."...does that mean that you modified these projects? If so, Do NOT attempt the steps in the post above, wait for my call as restoring your data will wipe out the changes you made to those projects.

Hi Senos,

Thank You for your reply. No, I only tried to connect and verify that everything was ok. I checked-out those projects, verify if all data was correct, and then checked-in.
What sounds strange (in my limited knowledge of the system) is that some projects can be checked-out, and others not!
