Default Update, now I cant log in

I don't have a clue how to fix this. My user name and password are correct. I checked it from the Lansync.
The server name is my PC which is what t was before & what the software is on.

The only thing left is the port & its already filled in.

so you checked in all your projects, logged out of D-Tools, updated the server, updated the client, attempted to login, right?

Have you restarted the computer?

Have you confirmed that you can login to the D-Tools server?

If you cannot, try a repair on the server by going to Add/Remove programs...

Verify that Windows Firewall is totally disabled.

I rarely use Dtools. It had been a while since I used it last. It asked me if I wanted to update & I selected yes. It updated Dtool and .Net.

I did restart.
Not sure about logging into the Dtools server. Everything is on a single PC. I can log into the Lansync admin if thats what you mean.

Not firewalls or spyware running.

Not sure what this means?

I wish tech support would call me back. Something like this happened before & the tech took over my PC and got into some kind of SQL server settings or something like that

You will get a call back from support. They are always alittle busy when an upgrade comes out. Also if you have not done so send an email to support
