I intend to call D-Tools on Monday but in the mean has anyone experienced the following issue or have any suggestions about fixing it?

I just noticed that on one of the client machines D-Tools works fully with one big exception. In a Visio drawing, none of the Visio menu D-Tools commands work, such as D-Tools>Project Information or D-Tools>Options etc. Nor do any of the D-Tools commands that you can access in a drawing by right clicking on a shape work. All the commands are there in both instances, they just don't do anything. But what is strange is that everything else is there and works fine. I can click on a shape and open it, the project data matrix is there etc.

What is really strange is that I tested about 25 things to see if there was a cause such as trying different projects, checking things in and out, and on and on. And on one and one occasion only out of the blue the menus worked. So all of a sudden I thought perhaps it was drawing related and I had found a drawing they worked in. But the next time I opened the same drawing they that stopped working and I could not figure out any variable that was different when I initially opened it that would have allowed them to work. And I could never get them to work again.

I reinstalled the D-Tools client and also made sure D-Tools is fully enabled as an add-in in the Visio trust center. Neither fixed the problem.

Any suggestions?
