"Over the next several weeks" has turned into "more than a month"........

A little disappointed, to say the least, I was really looking forward to this.........

Really? That's good - but a little disconcerning - since we never received an email informing us of our place in the queue.

Fellas, there was no queue to be part of. We simply helped the clients that may have experienced some issues during the first time we made the software available, our BETA team members (most), and some that made the request directly to us.

Once we did about 100 of them, with no issues, the decision was made to re-enable the download for everyone else. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

No inconvenience has been caused - just confusion when it's stated, "The phased rollout of SI5.5 is now complete" and prior to that we were told everyone would be contacted during their point in the phase to be installed.

I'm glad all is now well and everyone is rolling out smoothly!!! Thanks again.
