Make sure that you are looking under the right group, it is possible that it may already be enabled.

I checked our registration server and Quicklinks is enabled for your account.

"Administrators" is not an options to view, and "Allow Quicklinks" is not in the list.

What are groups are listed under there? Someone had to removed the Administrators group if its not there because the is a default and part of the install.

Are you clicking the drop down next to the group name to see the other options?

The only group that is there is "everyone". Its the only one under the view tab. Administrator was never there.

Default Quicklinks add-on

When you installed the desktop, did you choose Complete or Typical? If you chose Typical, then the Quicklinks add-on is not installed.

To check:

a) Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > System Integrator 5.5 and click Change

b) in the setup dialog, select Modify

c) make sure Quicklinks is selected and hit Next. This will cause the add-on to be installed.

Since you are a Quicklinks user, you should always select "Complete" when installing.

If you still have this problem and the add-on is installed, please contact support directly as they will need more information to solve your problem.
