This is a customized Check list by location and phase report. It groups first by Phase, then by Location. It needs some help. (Anyone?) The phase is displayed as a number 1, 2, 3, intead of the Name of the Phase. The hours per item for wire is the per foot time, not the total per run. (Anyone?)

I also added the H X W for each item, but I couldn't find the depth. (Anyone?)

I added the description, since we often put information under that feild for installers unique to that particular job.

I supressed repeating Locations, Descriptions, and Manufacturer's Names. Improves readability and leaves some white space so Installers can write notes.

Maybe someone who is better at this than I am could improve on this report further.

It would be even better if matching items in the same phase and location all printed on one line with a quantity intead of each i.e. "2 Speakers" instead of "Speaker, Speaker".

Look at how this is done on the Line Item List Price Report. Qty shows up in "Details", Sum of Qty is printed in the Group Footer below.
