Just had to reinstall SI4.6 on my server and i cannot register for my licenses. When I try the Internet option it tells me I am not connected to the internet. When I try the telephone option with the info tech support sent it tells me it's not valid.

I have gone as far as to do a straight connection bypass the firewall and it still tells me i'm, not connected to internet.

Tech support has beaten it to death and cannot figure it out either.

Can you try from a different machine (perhaps you already did) and from a different location to see what happens? Are you using a proxy connection?

Just a quick follow up for future reference to anyone that may have like issue:

When opting for the "Telephone" Lansync Registration use the Hardware Key provided by the D-tools software in the registration window that opens. The Hardware key is the same as the Volume Serial Number that can be obtained from a command prompt. However, if you read back the Volume Serial Number from a command prompt there may/will be a "-" included that will cause an error in registration.
