When I open an SI4 Projects in SI5 it states that it’s a read only file, and cannot make any changes? How can I resolve this issue?.

Eddie,

Looks like nobody's giving you any love on this question. If you haven't figured it out already, you have to first check out a project in order to make changes to it. It took me a while to figure this one out too. I kind of wish that they hadn't changed that from SI4. Also make sure that you check it back in when you are done, it no longer prompts you to do that anymore.
