The problem is that the machine you are installing the trial on does not have a valid internet time stamp. Checkout the article in this link from the August Newsletter for instuctions on how to fix the problem.
Also as a side note, make sure that you are set to the correct time zone for your region as well in Windows - this could also be the reason that your time isn't syncing up.
