Default Error message

I installed the trial version and used it successfully for 1 day, it now gives me a error message and no longer boots..

emailed support, no response, any suggestions?

this is the error message

Does the C:/Documents and Settings/antonello martone/Application Data/D-Tools/SI5/D-Tools System Integrator.config exist on your machine? Have you tried running a repair via Add/Remove Programs to see if that fixes the issue?

no it seems to be missing or maybe i just can't find it, i have tried to re-install and repair multiple times...

Are you able to see the "Application Data" folder in the path above? The Application Data folder is hidden by default so you have to change your settings to see that folder. Open My Computer, Tools->Folder Options...->View tab. Check the radio button "Show hidden files and folders".

yes i have located the file, it is 0 kb if that is relevant
