When I launch MMPD I get an error msg. When I do I get the error message as seen in the attached picture. Then it just closes. I downloaded and installed the most recent updates (service pack 1), & my computer is well above the requirements for the program. Any advice?

hi Matt - might be useful if you click on debug, and show us the debug information -this will give us all more information.
