Default Not starting well

I installed the software and started it. The first thing that happened was I got this error "This program cannot display the website". So I bypassed that and then tried to manage product and got run time errors.

As per the installation systems requirements, an Internet connection is required to properly install the software.

Are you on XP or Vista? Have you applied the most recent Windows Updates? From other posts, it appears that SI 5 does not work well on all machines that have not applied the updates. I would suggest:
1) Remove SI 5
2) Apply any Critical Windows Updates
3) Re-register for the Trial using a different email address
4) Install SI 5 as per the Installation Guide.

Please post if this does not address your issue.

What are the run time errors? Also, do you have any kind of security software installed that may be blocking the connection? Like Norton Internet Security, Personal Firewall, etc..
