Default SI-5 Trial Installation Problem

When I attempted to register the trial software, an error message cam up:
"The following error ocurred while trying to validate your license. Please contact D-Tools Customer Support. System.EventArgs"

I cannot seem to progress beyond this point.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Try this... Remove all SI 5 components using Add/Remove programs.

Reregister for the Trial using a different email address and install. Let us know if this does not work.

What is the make and model of the computer giving this error?

I have another Eval client having the same issue useing a Dell PWS 3500 and wondering if an OS is tweaked funny.

Hi Reed,

Tried that. I got the exact same error message. Jose said that someone would call to do a remote desktop but he hasn't called back yet.
