Default Can't find "Si5-Trial.msi"

Loaded trial version and when I try to open any projects DTools begins to look for and can't find "Si5-Trial.msi".

When you did the trial download did you run the setup from the web or did you save it to your machine and install it from there?

If you saved it to your machine then you should be able to just browse to the "SI5-trial.msi" when prompted to finish the setup.

If you ran it from the web then email http://www.d-tools.com/support/submit-an-issue.html and we will send you a direct link to download the files again. Then you can save the download to your machine and run it from there.

I did save it to my computer and installed it from there. I have un-installed and reinstalled a couple times, each time I reinstall it I can open SI5 and can create projects and see reports but when I try to open a project that is when I get the prompt to load the .msi file. If I do a search on my computer the file does not show up anywhere.

Did you receive the download link from Support as requested above? If not send me a private message with your email address. If so, place the *.msi download file on your desktop prior to installing. This should allow you to locate the msi file when prompted.
