Check to Updates says "Your software is up to date", even though I have not done the SP3 update.
How can I tell what version of SI5 I have and which SP's are installed? I checked in Help, About and all it says is "Version 5.0.10905.0".

I already did the LANSync update on the server and that went fine as far as I can tell. Is there a way to see the software version of the server? I can not find a Help, About dialog.

There are several ways to see which version you are running:

Go to Start > Programs > D-Tools > Install Utility. This will show you the main build number.

Go to Navigator > Help > About. This will give you the detailed build number.

These are related to releases as follows:

Release Build# Detail
5.0 262 (coming later)
SP1 280 5.0.10802
SP2 289 5.0.10905
SP3 320 5.0.11009

If you are running 5.0.10905 then Check for Updates should show you Service Pack 3 available for download. If it still does not, then please contact tech support to have the issue resolved.

Are service packs all inclusive? Meaning do I need to install SP1, then SP2 then SP3 on a new workstation - or can I jump right to installing SP3 and that install the other two service packs automatically (or at least their updates)?

Default No need to load Service Packs sequentially

You do not need to load each service pack sequentially. This means that you can skip from SI5.0 or SP1 directly to SP3 without ever installing SP2.
