In order to add a report to the revision manager - you must first create a copy of your regular report (showing in the standard reports list). While making a copy on the page where you can name your report, there is a check box that says 'list as a revision management report' - this will make your new report show up there in the revision manager report list.

you cant do it from inside the rev mgr. - the report needs to be made into a regular report again (by unchecking the box I mentioned previously) - then once it shows up int he regular reports list you can export it to a zip file for your backup.

To restore, you would do the above (make sure report shows in regular reports list) then re-import the backup zip file to restore, then edit the report in the report designer to make it show up in the revision manager again.
