Default Modifying a TEMPLATE report

I have created my own reports and modified other reports in the past. That is not what this question is about.

I want to know how to modify a report that comes from D-Tools and then use that report. Specifically - the Change Order.

I want to modify some types/fonts/sizes. But the only way I see to do that is to open the Change Order in Report Designer, make the changes, and then give it a new name. No Problem there - I can do that.

But what report will the DTools program "point" to when I go to do a Change Order through "revision management". Won't it just use the factory defaults and ignore my modified report? Its not like I can access the Change Order from the "Reports" section of DTools (or can I?).

Thanks for any help you may be able to give.

Two ways to "Change Order". Creating a Delta report by selecting the revisions from the reports page. Or Business Manager Revision Management Change Order. I like the Delta.

If you use Delta, you can run any regular report, custom or stock, from the list.

If you are using Revision Management and want a custom report; open report deigner> File> New> Select New Report From Existing> Next> Select Change Order and modify away.

OK - I'll give that a try after Christmas.

Thanks for the help, and Merry Christmas!
