I had to create a new user account on my laptop in vista, when i went to use d-tools reports none of my custom reports are in the options. I have looked in the app data files and made sure everything was copied to the right locations but still not there, any help would be great.

On vista, copy the "Reports" folder located:

C:\Users\{old user ID}\AppData\Roaming\D-Tools\SI5\

To

C:\Users\{new user ID}\AppData\Roaming\D-Tools\SI5\

All custom reports/definitions/etc are stored in this folder and it's subfolders.

Oh...make copies etc before you do this and make sure the app is not running when you do it.
